On November 26, 2019, I had the honor of presenting my work at the beautiful Slaak Hotel in Rotterdam, where I unveiled eight unique Bambi sculptures painted in Pantone colors. It was a special experience to combine my interpretation of such an iconic figure as Bambi with the precision and power of the Pantone color system. For me, this project was an opportunity to bring together art, color, and design in a completely new way.

Each Bambi sculpture reflects my approach to art: finding balance between shapes, emotions, and, of course, the impact of color. Through my collaboration with Pantone, we were able to bring the sculptures to life with colors that are recognized and loved worldwide. Every color has its own meaning and impact, and it was crucial for me to choose the right Pantone shade to enhance each Bambi’s personality.

The Slaak Hotel was the perfect setting for this exhibition. The industrial, minimalist interior of the hotel formed an ideal backdrop for my work, allowing the sculptures to truly shine. It was a space that complemented the energy of the art, making the colors of my Bambi sculptures stand out even more.

It was a special moment to share my work with other artists, designers, and art lovers, and to see how color and art can truly amplify each other. This event wasn’t just a showcase of my work, but a celebration of the power of collaboration and the magic that happens when art and design come together. It was a moment of pride and inspiration for me, and I’m grateful to have shared it with everyone who was there.
