Painting Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Paco Raphael. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

No Refunds or Exchanges for Paintings

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for paintings once the order has been confirmed and the artwork has been shipped. All sales are final.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item. To process a claim, please send us clear photos of the damage along with your order details. We will assist you with a replacement or refund for the damaged artwork, depending on the situation.

 

Incorrect Artwork Received

In the rare event that you receive a painting that is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange an exchange or refund of the artwork.

 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

 

Please contact us at info@pacoraphael.com with your order details and photos of any damage or discrepancies.

We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to return the artwork if necessary.

Once the return is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or process an exchange as per our agreement.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds are only issued for items damaged in transit or for incorrect orders.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and documentation.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect. If a refund or exchange is processed for a damaged or incorrect painting, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@pacoraphael.com.
