Paco Raphael combines digital arts with traditional. His work starts on the computer and thereafter it’s elaborated and completed with other resources such as paintbrush, stencils, stained paper and paint.
His work is best described as a mix between graphical design, photography and painting.
Over the years he worked as a graphic designer for several leading companies, after which he decided to explore on his creative extravaganza, art and design.
Currently he’s working as a graphic artist for clients in The Netherlands and as well International. His arts are used, among other things, for magazines, furniture, wall decoration and all kind of objects.
What is predominant in his unique style is the American Urban with a high dose of erotic and decorative elements. At times fantastic, dynamic, colourful and slightly erotic.
The 50's, 60's and the 70's in America compose a important part of his inspiration.
Old cinema, graphical arts, typography, fashion and music from these years are carefully amalgamated to each other.
Daily he’s collecting photos and other materials that can be used in his creations. He possesses a large selection of alternative materials, graphics and photography that can be incorporated in his paintings.
His work is signed and numbered and can be delivered in miscellaneous formats and standards.
